SnagSnap – Snagging Reports

SnagSnap turns a walk round a property into a report your client, builder or landlord will act on. Capture fast. Open Quick Capture and shoot: every photo becomes a numbered item with a room, trade and priority in seconds. Circle the defect on the photo, drop a numbered marker, or dictate the description. Stay organised. Projects are split into rooms. Every item has a stable reference number, status (Open → In progress → Fixed → Verified), trade, due date, estimated cost and an assigned contractor. Filter by anything; bulk-update with a tap. Send reports they'll respect. Preview the PDF live while you choose a template (Classic, Modern or Compact), photo layout, sections and filters. Add your logo and company details, an executive summary, floor plans with pins, cost totals and a client sign-off. Work with contractors. Keep a directory of trades, assign items, and email each contractor a work list containing only their items. Chase overdue work from the dashboard. Close the loop. Re-inspection mode walks you through what was fixed, captures after photos, and stamps verification dates so the final report shows before and after. Private by design. No account, no cloud, no tracking. Everything stays on your device; export a backup whenever you like. Made for snagging inspectors, builders and site managers, landlords and letting agents, and homeowners taking delivery of a new build. Call items snags, defects, punch items or issues — your choice. SnagSnap Pro unlocks unlimited projects, up to 20 photos per item, the Modern and Compact templates, branding and no watermark, report filters, contractor work packs, floor plans, re-inspection mode, dictation and on-device AI write-ups, CSV export, duplication and client sign-off. SnagSnap Pro is available as an annual (£49.99/year, 7-day free trial for new subscribers) or monthly (£7.99/month) auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase (£119.99).
