Terrible
Worst app I’ve ever come across. Nail salon wouldn’t honor my reservation and made me pay in cash when I already paid on the app. Scam, stupid, unnecessary. Stay away. Also notice how all the latest good reviews came on the same day - clearly from people who work at the company.

I love this app so much! Snailz has really helped to narrow down my search results for salons and I love that I get rewarded too! I’ve had this app for a while now and it just keeps improving after each update. Could not recommend an app more :)
Very convenient!
Using this app is literally so convenient bc i hate using cash and i also get to rack up points to use on free stuff. it’s super flexible for changing appointments which is great because my schedule is always so hectic. definitely recommend!!!
Easy to use!!
I used it to discover the salons near me and made an appointment. I paid the service fee and tips using cc card so that I don’t need to bring the cash with me! Also I earned rewards for every dollar I spent and I’ll def use it for my next appointment. It’s super convenient and easy to use!

Fraudulent app
Every time I show up to a salon after booking on this app, they don’t have any record of my appointment and I’ve already been charged for the services. This has happened 3 times. You are better off just calling your local salon to make an appointment or walking in. I’ve been denied service each time because the salon is fully booked already.

Useful app!
This app is super useful I like that you can search by service and use a map! I wish you hadn’t gotten rid of the refer a friend feature though
Great idea but glitchy
App wouldn’t load my Groupon and I had to pay out of pocket. When I contacted customer service, I was told they didn’t do refunds but I could use the Groupon another day. When I told them I had moved away from NYC and couldn’t use it, they still refused to refund me. (This happened a while ago and yeah I’m still salty about it.)

Asks for an update but there is none
I have been using this app for a year, its easy and straightforward but now I cant use it because it says there is a newer version to update. However, there is none available so I cant use it.

Very useful app - I never have cash on me for a tip so this makes it perfect that I can pay through the app.
False advertising or bad UI, unsure which
I was targeted with an ad for a free manicure if I downloaded the app. I downloaded the app and looked for a manicure, but there’s nothing in the app regarding this promotion. Either the app UI is bad or they’re lying in their marketing materials, it is unclear which is which.
Ditch the app and just walk into nearest salon
I tried app in order to be able to make a reservation to get nails salon and ended up actually waiting over 30 minutes, eventually walked out of establishment even though they knew I had an appointment 40 minutes prior. Defeats the purpose and would rather just walk into a salon and know where I stand as opposed to making a reservation to waste my time

Don’t get scammed out of money or services
You’re better off just going to a salon and paying after you get what you pay for. I didn’t receive the service I paid for through the app and after contacting customer service they sided with the salon and I didn’t get a refund. Also had to wait weeks for an answer. Just overall extremely frustrating experience.

Please eliminate bad nail salons
Worst experience. Nail salon people treat you badly as if we are getting nails done for free and then they have that much audacity to ask for tips before doing nails and they don’t do a good job even if you tip them on app. Like seriously, what kind of service is that. You guys should definitely eliminate these shady nail salons. My money was wasted.

This app never works
I tried logging in 5 times and it always says incorrect password, even after resetting it. Emailed them for help and no response.
Exactly what I needed!
