Unbelievable how obnoxios this is!
I recently downloaded again to see if they changed their fradulent ways, but you still gets ad after ad without a chance to see the answers. They will never change! Don't download. You will never get any help from them!

Our ad partners usually do a great job at not allowing offensive or malfunctioning ads on their platform. For those instances when they fail, you can always tap the ad's identifier in the corner and use their reporting system. Not only will it flag that particular ad, it will also inform their systems not to show you other ads of its kind. We also offer a VIP upgrade that removes all ads.
Great customer support
I’ve been using this app for a number of years and it works great. It unfortunately doesn’t support any theme except for the sunny theme but i understand what a logistical nightmare it would be having to ad support for multiple backgrounds. I highly recommend this app.

Ad Overwhelm
No longer any good. Overtime, ads have dominated this app Now they take up so much time, and repeat, and nearly always keep you from getting back to the word hints. The app is basically useless now. [had 2 years of use on iPhone 14 Pro]
Need more inventory
You add very little to your monthly inventory and some of it is too far out..... need to pump new blood into this game. Plus, we pay for hints and your hints are never the best words.
Ad promotions a huge negative overshadowing a good app.
Have to suffer ads when the app is opened and if you want to see top tier hints, so can be a double ad whammy wasting your time. Plus the ads are for a game I would/will never play/purchase if only because of the life wasting ads.

Was great until…
It stopped loading the screen shot. Keep getting the message “cannot load unless you have the summer screen.” Of course I ALWAYS had this screen on. So apparently there is a bug that needs fixed.

Lost ability to scroll through choices
This latest update has a significant bug where the unused tiles at the bottom of the screen overlay the choices. You can see the highest point choice but can’t move through to see the other options. The highest point option isn’t always the best play. Please fix!

I love this app!
The only thing I wish you’d update is being able to use this app with different background themes in Word Chums. It gets boring having to always use the Sunny background.

Amazing app
Gets me out of trouble when I have only a few letters left,like zxjq. Has helped me out many times,thanks for a great app

Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately, Word Chums backgrounds are extremely difficult to support, so it's unlikely we'll add support for other backgrounds to Snap Cheats.
