Stopped seeing snaps after a while
I stopped seeing any updates after a little while. Resetting my child’s account was of no help. Can’t create a new account too as no option is available. Have tried submitting support ticket but no response.
Pathetic app - doesn’t work
This is the worst app release ever. This app doesn’t work and gives silly message. Support team is very bad and says they don’t know anything. No professionalism and thought for consumer. If the latest version is unusable for ios devices then why did you release it. Also no testing done nothing. Also after realising the app is not working they don’t know how to rollback the app. What a crap!!

Don’t recommend
I got the app trying to see if it could help me with homework but was met with a phone confirmation,
Normally I would be fine with that but it’s the fact that they have to CALL you, they should really look into getting a text button instead cause it’s not like a bank or something. I don’t really want anyone calling me like 👎

Copy function not allowed in chat
In chat box links like of google forms,YouTube etc are not getting clicked. Text copy option is not available either, text is not being selected. Developer should solve this issue.

Ever since i updated the app, i can only see today's activities. I see the “view more activities” button (to see prior days activities), but when i click it i just see a blank page and previous activities are not visible. I am facing this issue on IOS and this issue started after the last update
