NEVER AGAIN
If a shop offers Snap as a finance option DO NOT DO IT! Go with another like Sunbit as Snap APR% alone is higher than what my car repair was worth! My repairs was lower than $2k but with Snap I have to pay off $5k š¤¦š»āāļø. NEVER AGAIN! Now Iām stuck with this bill!!!!!
Loan payment
I tried to set up a one time payment but after typing in the amount, Iām unable to confirm because the number pad wonāt disappear
The app's navigation and payment is extremely frustrating to use.
As a fellow developer, I must commend the platform's uniqueness and deliverables. However, I strongly suggest prioritizing user experience. My encounter with Snap Loan has been underwhelming due to its unclear and seamless UI. I recommend exploring React Native or Flutter for development and utilizing Clause Fable 5 for design and app flow. A revamped UI would make me a repeat user.

App doesnāt function properly
Thereās TWO apps.. Snap finance and Snap loan manager which is dumb. The snap loan doesnāt work I canāt login I canāt create a profile .. Iām in able to see when the payments are coming out through the app which isnāt working..

Still charging me after I paid off my loan
I paid off my loan about a month ago and I got a call today saying that I owe money for this month and I check and theyāre still charging me even after I finished paying off the loan Iām not paying anything if I already finished theyāre taking a while closing my account
Absolute garbage
Loan company - just fine. App - absolute trash. I can sign in and thatās about it. It let me pay the first few payments, but now just has an error icon anytime I try to make another payment. No explanation with it, just an error icon. Deleted and redownloaded and get the same issue. Cannot login to the website with the exact same information either for some reason.

Bring back smart sales and lease back, because this financial company will every now and then accept your application doesnāt matter how good your credit score is.
