Crash APP

This app is totally worthless. You take a picture of the food it tells you it’s something completely different. You take a picture of the barcode and it’s a different food. Every time I add a food from past history, you have to reset the app. Too many bugs.. and the support is worthless . They don’t even reply .

Do Not touch this app

These people are con artists. I signed up for a three day free trial and changed my mind immediately and cancelled and they charge me and Apple won’t refund. They are dishonest. Don’t go near this app.

Terrible app

The database is absolutley terrible. I bought for a year based on reviews and the most common things I eat are never in the database. The ai scan isn’t accurate. You have to choose the closest thing which is not helpful when watching calories. If ur going to try use the trial first to see if u like it first. The reviews are good for this app but I don’t see how when the database is very limited.

Can’t change serving size!!!

It does not let you change serving size. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars. I wish I could get my money back. What a waste of money.

Auf Widerruf nicht reagiert

Nachdem ich die App installiert habe musste ich leider freistellen, dass die Lebensmittel Datenbank auf englisch ist, obwohl die Sprache auf deutsch eingestellt war. Auf meinen Widerruf des Kaufes wurde nicht reagiert. Mein Geld ist weg, App habe ich gelöscht, da so für mich nutzlos.

Double invoicing

I subscribed July the 11 for 1 year plan at 49.99 and July the 26th you have charged the same amount again on my credit card . How can I get a refund?

Worse cal counting

Inaccurate, impossible to change the units, weird units in some foods, the scanning is so bad it is not funny, Desi not recognize very basic foods, if I try to input manually, most foods not even there. There are so many other better than this. Wasted money.

This app freezes every time you enter something you have to close it down and reopen it every time.

Disappointed

I paid a year for this app and it doesn’t track goods accurately. I have to manually input the correct calories myself. It will have 2 cup kabocha squash as 240cal. In what world? Heavily disappointed, I hope it can be fixed soon because I won’t be renewing next year. It’s also very slow and doesn’t let you input more than one options at the same time.

Calorie and fasting

I do one meal a day and have been intermittent fasting for years. I don’t keep up with what I eat. I only keep up with my eating and fasting windows. I am hoping this app will make me more accountable and lose that last stubborn 20 pounds

Gut, mit Verknüpfungsfehler

Ich finde die App sehr gut, nur leider lässt sie sich nicht mit Apple Health bei mir verbinden. Die App taucht nicht in meiner Health App auf.
