i’ve updated it and my photos still won’t send and my ai keeps saying i need to update it when i’ve already updated the app

Stop asking us to purchase storage, every app is no longer free they all want you to upgrade and buy. Disappointed it’s Snapchat too

This is just ridiculous. I have had this app for over 8 years. Always love this app. But now I can’t even edit or send old videos past a year. I AM NOT PAYING TO KEEP WHAT IS MINE!!!!!!
Stop with the ads
Was a fine social media app but now I’m having to turn off notifications so I’m not inundated with ads which I don’t care for and didn’t ask for and at this point considering getting rid of the app entirely.

The New ‘Post’ Button Is a Privacy Problem
Snapchat’s new “Post” button is a terrible and potentially dangerous UX decision. For certain videos, it replaces the familiar Story button—but “Post” can publish your content publicly to Spotlight, where strangers can see it.
I accidentally had Snaps I thought I was sharing with friends get thousands of public views. I only discovered it weeks later when friends told me Snapchat was resurfacing them.
Public posting should require an obvious, intentional choice—not a button that replaces a familiar private-sharing option. At minimum, give users a setting to completely disable public posting and remove the “Post” button. Privacy should never depend on noticing that a familiar button quietly changed.

Snapchat used to be fantastic but is nothing but ads and getting notifications trying to get you to add random influencers now.
Adult content?
Not sure why there is people advertising adult content on your 13+ app but reporting it does nothing and it’s not like it’s obscured in any way. Not sure how this is allowed.

snapchat’s priorities are in the toilet, adults can fiddle with minors but god forbid someone make a joke about guns and they will snitch to the police and ruin someone’s life over a bad joke. get your butt together snapchat and realize that jokes are jokes.

When taking a flash photo screen freezes and stays on the photo page until u close the app or when taking a photo it keeps the flash on and makes it record a video that keeps going

Today after watching a random story on my feed, Snapchat autoplayed a video of an elephant pooing. It was so close up I could see the inside of the anus and the poo slowly come out. What happened to this app? Why am I being flash banged pov elephant anus pooing videos???
DONT GET THE APP
Great app, but only kept it for the memories it holds, they are now charging storage which is ridiculous, would not recommend using this app for a long period of time.
