The fact snapchat has decided to force users to upgrade storage or all their memories will be deleted is absolutely disgraceful. Myself and hundreds of thousands of others have years if not decades full of memories that we shouldn’t have to upgrade for.. would rather delete the app fully. I was using snap for a few years with no problems at all… and then all of a sudden I wake up to an SS06 ban for absolutely no reason and would like to get un device banned the only bad thing I had ever done on Snapchat is accidentally puff on a vape on call with my friend who also vapes and now it won’t even let me appeal to get Snapchat back and it would be great if you could un device banned me because it has been 4 months

They banned my account and ip ban my phone for no apparent reason and didn’t even tell me why I have never broken any of the rules and yet here we are.
Home Tap Issues and spotlight not working
Dear Snapchat I have issues with my account and my Snapchat home tap not working properly I can’t find spotlight icons and I miss two icons on home tap and spotlight not working on my Snapchat and when I take snapshots I can’t add it on public or maps thanks.
My trauma
So back in 2024 I remember I was just scrolling through Snapchat. Somebody texted me. Oh I thought it was somebody I knew so I’m like hey and then that person asked me if I wanted to see his duck right so when he met by duck, I thought he meant like by an animal duck. But he showed me something way different from that. It was his happy area like his area where he be having the ability to have kids, he showed me it was actually really traumatizing so like immediately deleted the app
