The products themselves are good, but the app is absolutely terrible. It lags heaps, crashes and needs to allow you to customise your products better.
Easy to use service
I love ordering my photos through snapfish, they usually are running a deal for $.01 unlimited 4x6 photos, which is one of the most affordable that I have found. My only complaint is that shipping does increase rapidly, I wish there was a way to spend a certain amount to get free shipping, or discounted shipping!

I'm almost done with my photo book editing when the app just crashed and my project wasn't save it was done twice, so annoying 😫
Terrible app to use
Don’t think i have come across a more difficult app to use. Picking the photo is laborious and then to order the photo even more! This is not working
So Easy
Literally took me 5 minutes from start to finish to order my selected photos. Some apps overcomplicate everything but not here! A pleasure to use and will definitely be back for more. Great.

I love Snapfish, I have been using it for many years. I just wish their delivery fees were a little lower. Their delivery fees used to be good.

Clunky app
I tried to get my 50 free monthly prints. It was a frustrating process. It refused to process the request. It kept pushing me to their other deals. I ended up getting online help. I managed to place the order.
The app is definitely worse than the desktop version.
Surely in this modern world these apps should be working seamlessly.

i’ve used this app for years to get pictures printed affordably, but since last year the shipping went up to $20 which feels absurd. not sure i’ll keep using this app

Modern way to turn back time
I love Snapfish! I’ve always wanted film prints for physical albums to flick through memories on the couch, just like when I was a little kid. My grandparents had hundreds of photos in albums. However the cost of film roll and printing is so expensive. Snapfish turns my everyday photos, captured on iPhone, into nostalgic memories, and it’s so affordable. In the last month I’ve ordered almost 300 prints for under $50. I rarely scroll through the 10,000+ photos I snap on my phone, but now I’m taking the time to print a bunch each month and store them in albums that me and my family can look back on with joy!

When I was buying my free prints it was very easy but when i wrote my delivery address it kept saying it was wrong even though every time i double checked it was completely right the app still said it was wrong! It was my first time so it might have been partially my fault but im not sure. Anyway i would say yes to buying it

Payment Problems
Used Snapfish for years and it was good. Just tried to order prints but it won’t let me pay with my debit card or allow me to change it. Bit annoyed that I now have to look fr another app

I love it, its easy to choose photos straight from my phone and get creative to choose how i want to print them i love they easily have options to print my photos onto gifts which i can do from home.

The speed of delivery is amazing!! I wanted to print some photos and went to boots, they charge 59p a photo. With 50 free prints here a month I will never go back to boots!! Recommend Snapfish to anyone and everyone!! Quality of photos are really good!! Don’t need to go anywhere else!!
Great for printing photos but
This app is great for ordering photos 100%z but it gets really annoying scaling them and cropping them and connecting your stuff to pull the pictures
