Used to be a really great way to order photos, now it’s way too expensive and not worth it. Unfortunate bc i used to order from this place religiously, like every month. Now it cost too much for prints.

Very basic
I prefer the website, but used this app for one project as I didn’t want to transfer photos. It doesn’t let you do anything besides crop and auto enhance. It also crashed more times on my phone than I care to admit, even though both the phone and app were up to date and restarted.

Great Choices, But…
You have to be alert when you are ordering or you will get the wrong sizes. I make sure I am wide awake and alert when I order on this app.
Messy
Having to go out of the app to a browser to order different products is poor and it’s apparently not optional. Projects saved on the Web can’t be opened in the app - why on earth not! You end up with two separate orders and payments instead of one basket and one payment. But both places can access the same library, clumsy doesn’t begin to describe it! Use the Web option if you want more than one product type, or ditch the app and just use the web option until the developers fix this mess!

Backwards resolution
Placed an order’ half of the photos had their heads missing, the system is simple to use & ensured the photos were inside the border line & dots etc customer service acknowledged their mistake but told me they can only credit Me & you have to buy the exact same sizes as were faulty prior. I explained that through time needs change so decided to order different sizes but the crediting was previous order specific ie like going to a shop to buy a shirt that doesn’t fit’ you can only get a credit to buy the exact same sized shirt that doesn’t fit.
The customer service agreed with everything I said but their systems wouldn’t allow them to put a credit on there which was the same amount that they got wrong’ which is absolute nonsense’ so advised leave an honest rating & feedback & pursue a chargeback with My bank with full acknowledgement of their mistake. They said that’s fine & thanked Me.

Don’t use in NZ
If you’re in NZ don’t use this app. I made photo books only to find it doesn’t ship to NZ as the app is the US store. Very frustrating.

App is in French no option to change in English. Have uninstalled and downed and still the same

The products are great, and I appreciate the discounts, but it is very clunky to use, especially when I want to review my order.

I have great internet and up to date phone and apps. This app was so frustrating to use. It took so long, it kept freezing while I was trying to creat playing cards.

Very disappointed
I had been working weeks on a photo book as a surprise birthday gift for my daughter before she went away for a while. I was pushing the deadline, but the app kept crashing. I saved my work after every page. It was taking so long that I thought I’d see if there was an update, thinking it might solve the problem. Instead, after installing the update, it crashed every time I did anything, so I could no longer work on my book. I went through the live chat to get help. They suggested trying to work through the website. So I opened up my project on the website, but all of my pictures were gone from my book!!! Just like that. All the layouts and background colors I had picked out were still there, just no pictures!! I had a panic attack. I went back to the live chat. They were polite and sympathetic, but said that due to a glitch my pictures were apparently gone. I can’t take that kind of stress and waste 70 hours again, so I’m afraid unless they can find my saved photo book as I had created it, I’m going to have to look for another app. Very sad and disappointing.

False Advertising
These guys used to do 50 free prints a month and still claim to do so, but when you click on this it’s actually 12p/print and no way to avoid this (have tried several options). False advertising and a waste of time
Just a heads-up: this app is only for customers in the United States.
I downloaded the app through the Australian website! because I thought it would be much easier to design my photo book using the photos on my phone. After spending hours selecting photos and creating the album, I got to checkout only to discover that it would be shipped from the US with over USD $40 in shipping fees, instead of being fulfilled by the local Australian branch.
To make matters worse, there’s no way to transfer the project to the Australian website or do anything with it. It was a huge waste of time and incredibly frustrating.

Glitchy and difficult
The whole app glitches any time I save and reopen my project. Cropped images randomly became blurry and had to be reuploaded multiple times just to become clear again. Took way too long to achieve a basic card.
Simple and functional
Really straightforward to use and have never once had a problem with my prints. Have had both photos and canvases and they’ve all been good quality
