Great integration app
Our second home Lighting, Security, HVAC and Ventilation have been automated by a Leviton HAI system for years. SnapLink Mobile puts us in complete control of every thing at all times. Our whole family uses it and loves it. I hope they continue to support this app for many more years.
Trouble connecting
The app is spotty. Continues to disconnect and takes forever to “connect “. Only on my cell. Once in a while on iPad. Why can’t this work? Especially if we’re moving to a smart world
Awesome App
This app is amazing, works perfectly, noticed that others on this review trash the app because it doesn’t send them any texts , with this system you have to purchase a text module that both supports email and texts , also this app is not cloud based so this app can not send texts , just get the right module and it works perfectly, would definitely buy again!!

Very reliable app.
Telephone the company for a simple fix to get it to work with iOS 17. Myro:Home is an excellent alternative, and it’s always kept up to date.
Stopped working with IOS 16.5.1
Won’t connect at all. Please fix the app to be compatible with new IOS releases BEFORE they go live.
Can’t Connect
The app worked for me for years. Very basic, but functional. Recently it stopped working (“error—can’t connect). I didn’t change a thing. Rebooting my HAI controller didn’t fix the problem. No idea why this stopped working or how to fix it.
A simple and rock solid alarm app
Telephone Leviton to get the fix for iOS 15. Very happy with Snaplink. Never fails me. Rocksolid reliability whether at home or 1000 miles away.
Sad business model
I had this app working perfectly on my watch, right up to the point where it was automatically removed and now to get it back, I have to pay $25 one time fee, just so it’ll work on my watch again. Daylight robbery!
Can’t sync with Omni controller
I’ve seen a couple of ppl write about this issue. Does anyone know how to fix it? All of a sudden a wk ago, we’re not able to sync & download from our Omni controller so we can’t control anything from this app.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ work very well with iOS 15.3.1 Very nice presentation. Easy setup. Purchased this app 15 years ago and still supported even if they discontinued the system few years ago.
Needs an update
App totally useless for last 6 months because it needs update to keep up with apple updates. Contacted support 6 months ago and was advised updates are being done to this day still nothing. Worthless app not advisable to use!

Not working on iOS 15

Bricked by IOS 15
IOS 15 makes it so the app will not sync with controller. If you already have a profile the Sync starts and downloads most the settings the crashes (changes not saved). On a clean install the app just hangs attempting to connect, even though there's no profile saved.
This app is completely BRICKED for new install and should be removed from the app store or FIXED!!!

Appalling
Hasn’t been working since November.
Should be removed
I purchased app and it will not allow me to do anything. Defaults to “connecting” and never does anything else. I cannot program it. Getting my money back.
Worthless
App crashes while retrieving setup from panel making it worthless. This app should be removed from App Store and Leviton should be embarrassed to have their name on it.
Stopped working.
I’ve been so disappointed with this app. I paid for it and it doesn’t not do what it supposed to do. I have No notifications regarding what’s going on. I recently got a new phone anticipating that It would fix itself but sadly it did not. I tried multiple times downloading; however, the problem still persists. My new phone doesn’t want to connect. Leviton fix your app!!!!!!!!
