I am constantly amazed at how awful this app is. I can never see my mail and these scum bags charge you FOR EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY IMAGINE. THESE PEOPLE ALL BELONG IN PRISON
The App Is Non Functional!
You can’t pay your subscription on the app. The mail doesn’t show on the app, you can’t ship out mail using the app because it freezes at the point of submitting payment. The app is not helpful at all!! Super frustrating. Plus if you miss one day of payment due to your card being turned off, they send an email threatening account closure. Well, if you fix the app for people to pay there instead of having to get on the computer things would flow much faster.
UPDATE: after my initial review over a year ago. The app is still not functional. You still cannot view your mail contents. Not even the front envelope scan. Smh. I guess they don’t ever plan to actually update this app or fix anything. Pretty sad. I plan to move my business elsewhere with a provider who has an app that works. If you offer an app it should work!

Horrible virtual mailbox provider
Absolutely horrible virtual mailbox service! They work as a required add on paid service with Swyft which is equally poor. After you’ve finally had enough of their slow response time and lack of functionality you have to first email a request to cancel then wait for a call back to go through a two tiered process to try and cancel the service. During the process they will first offer to come down in price to $14.99 per month then when your cancellation gets escalated to the next tier they will offer $9.99 per month and try and convince you to keep the service for personal use since their business level use failed. Then they will put you on a series of holds and eventually tell you they can’t cancel you because the address they have on file (theirs) is your official business address.
Ultimately you will have to dispute the charges with your credit card issuer. I would encourage you to file complaints at the state and federal level to prevent other from having to go through this scam.

Trust This Service If You Dare
Trust this service at your own risk if you dare! It’s been about 6 weeks making multiple attempts at getting their service to work properly with no success and little to no help from support. Nice website, polite support doesn’t matter much if the actual service you are paying for fails to work. Especially, if the addresses you subscribe to and pay for are not the correct address to send mail to. It turns out that there is an additional address line which includes a second sequence of numbers after the street address which already includes a sequence of numbers after the # sign. This isn’t the professional address for my business that I wanted. I would of been more than happy proceeding with my own business just fine without their service and wouldn’t of needed this review if they would have been honest about the addresses you’ll be subscribing to instead of informing you in an e-mail after they get your money that the address I paid for is different. I would of passed on their service altogether if I would have known upfront. In addition, the chat support in the app pops up and shows nothing even if that would of helped considering I have already been in touch with support multiple times. I asked for a refund and they ignored the request and said that they would be in close contact with helping me use their service and that was several days ago and still nothing, appears to be just a delay tactic.
