This is a good software overall, we have found sharing station for 360 booth has major delays and becomes too slow to use in events. We would love to see this issue fixed

I initially downloaded this app last year and I have to say, the capabilities have become very robust during this time. I would definitely recommend setting this app to automatically update because their Updates actually do offer new capabilities! I had issues with selecting the correct package for my needs and the customer service representative went above and beyond helping me to navigate the app and all of the features of the app. I will tell everyone about Snappic and use it for all my family events!

I just got my own 360 so I’m a newbie, but they are so helpful. There are many features that I would still like to see in the future, but they have a great section of their website where you can drop your suggestions, and they will look into it (many user suggestions were later added to the features).

The best App out there
I genuinely think this is the best app I’ve come across and am so surprised that there aren’t more reviews. There are so many options to personalise your experience (both online and on the app). Once you’ve got an account, know how to print and have booth props you’re all set!

Very misleading!
This app advertises being compatible with a dslr camera but what they fail to disclose up front is that the only way to do this is by purchasing a $300 piece of hardware. I just spent 2 hours setting everything up for my event only to find out it doesn’t work with WiFi. So frustrating!
