Slow Lettuce app crashes and location hungry
Trying to eat healthier is hard when a restaurant can’t get an app right. Constant crashes and pop up error messages. Can’t search for a location from the order screen even after favoriting a store in the location screen. Tries to force you to give location in order to place an order. Didn’t like my one time non precise location offering.

Bones in the chicken
I usually get a meat-free salad but decided to try the buffalo chicken this time. The chicken tasted good, but I bit into large chunks of bones in several different chunks of chicken. The lettuce was also gross and soggy.

I was having an issue with trying to order from my local location. It would show up on the ‘location’ tab but not as an option on the ‘order’ tab. I contacted the support team through the ‘Need Help’ option in the app. I got a prompt response and was able to resolve my problem. I found out that feedback and suggestions are taken and actually implemented. Thank you!

Major Glitch in App
Not sure where to report, but I’m repeatedly prompted to verify my profile details on a loop, which doesn’t allow me to access any other features of the app.

Very glitchy app that requires constant customer support and the rewards program needs to be much clearer. Be aware that rewards can only be used on certain items and receipts cannot be combined
Horrible app. Never works.
Never logs my points when I scan my receipt barcode. Not sure why these guys can’t figure out how to make an app that works when literally every other food restaurant has no problem with their apps.
False advertising or broken app?
I never received the free salad reward for signing up or points for referring friends who also never received their rewards. This advertising campaign to get app downloads is a scam.

This is by far and away the worst restaurant ordering app I’ve ever used. It looks like it was made for the original iPhone and it doesn’t work. Absolutely terrible.
Needs update
I’m not able to order my salad online and the points for “double points Sundays” don’t register ?!? Fix please to make my salads more “snappy”

I’ve emailed twice regarding rewards not posted to my app and have yet to get a response.

What’s your major malfunction??
I do not understand this app. I have an online account as I’ve ordered for work. Tried to login and didn’t work, so I created a new account via the app. Got in. Went to order and it provided me with a new login screen. Inputted credentials... didn’t work. Used my online “work credentials” and it worked. Logged out, tried to log back in with work credentials and didn’t work. Why is it that the first screen only allows me to use one login and the actual ordering only allows me to use the other? Pretty sure I’m not going to earn points, so what’s the point of using?

Horrible App!
This is one of the worst apps ever! How hard can it be to set up an app to order salad? Location services don’t work - can’t get on to place an order. Don’t bother to download - waste of time.
