Poor user experience
The app from inside look very cramped, and can’t use some buttons properly, the design looks very old and terrible for me.

Yeah don’t download this app it is not worth your time
Buggy with limited functions
Very buggy with limited functions, basically centered around buying and selling stocks in the Saudia stock exchange. Does not provide access to public/private SNB Capital funds or any other investment solutions

It’s not working probably
I tried to open after the last update idid to my iPhone and found that it’s not supporting Arabic language and even English version refuse to open I sent email with no response

اصبح التطبيق ثقيل ، لا يظهر بيانات المحفظة بشكل صحيح . بل بعضها مخفية واضطر للخروج والدخول عدة مرات حتى يظهر بعضها …. التطبيق بحاجة لتحديث عاجل .
YOU NEED TO FIX IT
when i login , it won’t show me my portfolio companies list and stocks , it just freeze with blank details . i had to log off and log in several times in order for it to work
Suggestions!
**Needs option to transfer to the global account**. Also suggest adding an option to login with e-mail OTP instead of phone number. Generally the UI is old compared to other banks and needs to be updated and made nicer and simpler.

This application is not clear enough as the old one, most of the people give it one star, if you don’t go back to the previous application, most of your customers will leave you

نحتاج الواجهة القديمة لسهولة استخدامها هذا فيه دهاليز مالي حاجه فيها القديم كان في سرعة اوصل للي انا ابيه
Very basic app, frustrating login
SNB Capital app feels too basic for such an important service. Navigation is confusing, features are hidden behind menus, and the design looks outdated.
The biggest problem is logging in — device registration fails often, Face ID doesn’t work consistently, and OTP codes arrive late (or not at all). Many times I end up stuck just trying to access my account.
For a financial app, trust and reliability are critical. Instead, the experience is slow, buggy, and leaves users frustrated. This app needs serious improvements in login stability, navigation, and overall usability.
