Worst UI of any transit app I have ever used.
Works…but nearly useless if you have your font enlarged
Not all users of the app have perfect vision. Some of us for accessibility reasons increase the font size. This app doesn’t resize text boxes or input boxes. If your text is large enough everything will be a jumbled mess
Do they want to sell train tickets?
This app is such a pain to use. The UI is terrible. It is nearly impossible to complete payment for train tickets. There is no support for Apple wallet. I miss the days I was able to avoid this app by buying Eurostar tickets to/from any Belgian station.

Pas op met het installeren van deze app! Ik heb een ticket gekocht via deze app, maar de conducteur in de trein gaf mij een boete van €90. Misleidende app!! Let op!!!!

Une fois vous payez par option Mastercard ça restera pour toujours et même si vous changez pour Bancontact et payez par Bancontact ils vous feront par Mastercard et ajoutent 1,2 eur on every transaction. C’est du vol. Degeulasse

Deze app is werkelijk verschrikkelijk. Mijn aangekochte (flexi)tickets verdwijnen voortdurend waardoor ik de app meermaals opnieuw moet opstarten om er eentje te activeren. “Realtime info” klopt vaak helemaal niet. Wat een puinhoop.
Poor. Impossible to set an acceptable password.
The title of this review as it all; impossible 2 register as a member. To use the app for train times, et cetera – absolutely fine. But you cannot purchase tickets and unless you register. Quite Simply, I cannot register because it will not accept Apple created passwords.
If this could be fixed, I might consider using again.

Oprecht teleurstellend
Werken in het station niet laten weten, absoluut geen mogelijkheid om de app te checken want er is in geen enkel station wifi en vieze treinen waardoor je onder de verf zit, creëren een heel onprettige reis. Als ik kon vliegen zou ik nooit meer de trein pakken.
Geen internet melding
De UX kan echt wel verbeteren qua in-appmeldingen. Kan de geen internet-melding naar boven of een andere locatie verplaatst worden, i.p.v. over de menu-balk. Zodat je wanneer je geen internet hebt op de trein, zeer vaak dus, meteen aan je ticket kan, de conducteur verliest hier best wel wat tijd mee.

Pire app et terrible UX
Impossible de payer mes billets depuis que j’ai changé de CB. Après 2 call au service center, pb toujours pas résolu, a quoi sert votre app donc si on ne peut pas acheter ses billets dessus ?
Inloggen lukt niet meer
Kan niet meer inloggen sinds de laatste wijziging. Wat ik ingeef is nochtans hetzelfde als op mijn androïd gsm (waar het wel lukt)

I paid for the first class and could even get access.Asked for guidance from the service but they are just too full of themselves to do anything concrete.A real mess .send of story I end up in the hallway of the second class and stand the whole journey

Sporen kloppen niet . Treinen komen aan wnr de volgende vertrekt. Een uur te laat op de plek waar ik moest zijn. Hoe moeilijk is het om je job te doen.
Just buy your tickets in the ticket vending machine.
The app asks you for personal details that clearly aren’t legally required given automatic ticket vending machines don’t ask you for them.
It doesn’t support logging in with apple.
It also doesn’t support apple pay.
These are just unnecessary obstacles that have no place in a modern iOS app.
