This app is a joke. I tried to cancel my subscription for more than 3 months and the app just didn’t let me to. I tried to contact the support, no answer to my email. Just get the skillest app, same thing, same coaches, better business.
Horrible Customer Service
I had an issue with the coach not responding and reached out to customer support two times. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. I’m not sure anyone is running this app.

They do not let you cancel subscriptions. If you reach out to them they will tell you they cancel the subscription and then continue to charge you. Complete scam
They steal your money and don't provide any lesson
I paid for a lesson, however I'm unable to upload my swing to the coach for review. I reached out to the coach directly and he said that it's a known issue with them. I also reached out to the Snead team and haven't received a response. This is a complete scam.
Won’t let you cancel
We have tried going through all the right channels and requested cancellation multiple times. They continue to charge and do not turn up for the booked Google Meet times to discuss the issue. Scam!
