I would like to get a reimbursement, how do I contact you guys? I feel like I got scammed. I clicked the "Free Trial" but I got freaking charged for it? How can it be "Free Trial" when you I get charged? Lol what a PITA 🥲

Hello, I’m sorry for the confusion. First of all, I want to clarify that this is impossible for us to do on purpose from our side. We cannot decide when to charge you. The only reason you would be charged immediately is if you are trying to get a free trial for the second time. The free trial works only once per Apple ID. This is done so people cannot delete and download the app repeatedly to get free trials again and again. You can contact us at davider@sneakeriest.com, but refunds are handled directly by Apple. We do not have access to your payment details and cannot issue refunds ourselves, as all App Store subscription payments are processed solely by Apple. This is actually a good thing, because your payment data is seen and processed only by Apple, which keeps it very secure. To request a refund, you need to contact Apple. Here is Apple’s guide on how to do it: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223 Most refund requests are approved, so please submit the request through that page and you should probably be fine. About the raffles: keeping all the raffle data up to date requires ongoing costs, which is why direct raffle links are part of the subscription. You can still browse upcoming releases and raffles for free, and there is a 3-day free trial if you ever want to test the full access. Hello, Hobubdobob Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, I cannot make the entire service free. Running the app requires ongoing costs, including design, development, technical support, data collection, and maintenance. I also spend a significant amount of time working on the app every day. However, I do try to keep the core parts of the app available for free. For example, you can see upcoming sneaker releases without paying anything. You can also check upcoming raffles for free, although direct raffle links are part of the paid subscription. Additionally, every new user gets a 3-day free trial, so they can test the app and decide whether it is useful for them before making any payment.
