Lots of fragrances missing
I would love if y’all could let us add stuff in, I can’t find half of my collection in there
Could be great
This app could be really good but there are some pretty major flaws. There are regularly glitches - specifically when viewing someone’s story. Also the team isn’t consistent in updating with new perfumes that have released, updating the monthly raffle, or sharing new articles. It needs work, but is usable and can be useful.

Just Fragrance
I love an app that is focused. It’s not trying to be everything to everyone. It just focuses on fragrance and that’s it. I also LOVE that there are no ads. It just makes everything seamless.
Search is problematic
The search feature could be more elegant. Currently you have to toggle between brand and fragrance when searching. If you accidentally put a brand name in fragrance search nothing comes up and vice versa. A more elegant solution would be one global search and ditch the toggles. Looks like the inventory of perfumes and reviews is still growing. Sometimes I follow up with a separate google search outside the app for more fragrance reviews

Needs improvements
I like this app, but every time there’s a new giveaway, I can’t see it until a week after it’s up. I don’t understand why. It doesn’t matter much I exit and re-open the app.
Must have app for any enthusiast.
I recently discovered this app as a collector of fragrances. Not only is the app excellent for monitoring your collection/wish lists and what you want to try. You can also message them with suggestions if you see something not in their database. If fragrance collecting is your hobby I would highly recommend Sniff.

Great app
I love everything about it. Adding scent of the day along with a community of fragrance lovers is awesome. The app does crash at times but only when trying to see any stories from Sniff. I’m able to click on all other users sharing so doesn’t interfere too much with my experience with the app.
Logging in difficulty
If you have a new phone or need to enter password, sniff doesn’t work. The password reset link doesn’t work! There is just no ease of use, and I therefore hardly ever use it. Right now I’m locked out due to a new phone!
Rating system needs to change.
This app is really elegant and convenient, however there are many fragrances that are not listed and the rating system is pretty absurd. The current rating system is weighted 1/3 for scent, 1/3 for bottle, and 1/3 for performance. To me, scent should be much more heavily weighted, and bottle made much less significant.

Such a useful app for fragrance lovers
This app has been so fun to use as somebody that loves fragrances. Such a great, innovative idea. I’m looking forward to seeing how the app progresses and new fragrances and brands/houses being added. Overall I really enjoy using Sniff!
Great potential…
I love the idea of this app. However, there are too many brands that I own currently missing that prevent it from being truly useful. I would like to see a way of adding/suggesting brands to be added. In addition, the Community tab does not work. Despite frequent use, I still apparently have 0% in common with anybody…

Great app for perfume enthusiasts
Highly recommended to keep track of your collection and it makes your perfume wishlist and shopping much more organized
The functionality to remove or edit reviews doesn’t work any more
Could you fix it? It’s pretty annoying, it used to work before but now the delete button is gone. I use iPhone

Good, not great (yet)
Hopefully they are still developing the app because I’ve noticed that a lot of fragrances are missing as well as quite a few issues with the app not wanting to work properly. I hope that they will eventually add to where you can create shelves for your collection since I like to divide mine up between full size and travel or what not. I do love that you can learn a lot about the fragrance world on the app though and can see this becoming a really amazing app.

Too Limited & Frustrating
I so wanted to like this but so many fragrances are missing that I’m unable to add which makes participation challenging if nearly impossible.
Limited library
As other reviewers have stated, the library on Sniff is a little bit limited. I am noticing quite a few of my collection nowhere to be found on sniff. They’re also seems to be a lack of discontinued fragrance, which I understand if they never add discontinued fragrances but it would be nice to be able to fill out my entire collection on this app.

Love the idea Hate the layout
The workings for the app are so nice and useful. I love how in depth it is and I will continue to use it but the white background with bright yellow font was not the best idea. I can’t read half the app, either give a dark mode option or change the font please!!!!!!
Love but could use improvement
I love Sniff, it is such a great app to document your fragrances, review them and connect with other fragrance lovers. It is however pretty slow at times and buggy. There is room for improvement. You can’t get creative with your stories, I wish there were more font options and better formatting of the text, and allowed you to add two text boxes without the glitch. I also would like it if there was an archive of our stories like on IG or highlights on our profile. I really enjoy uploading on my story but it’s upsetting that they get lost after 24h. Otherwise, amazing app ran by amazing people, I use it every day and will continue to do so! I appreciate the monthly raffles and the holiday giveaways. I know Sniff is still new and growing, so I hope it’ll improve!
