Issues with the reserve portion it wouldn’t work. Customer service sucks they hardly get back to you to fix a problem that happened in store or with the app

Horrible Selection
I was really looking forward to receiving my shoes today, but I was shocked when I opened the package. The box arrived completely torn and looked like it had been sitting in a warehouse for years. When I took the shoes out, they were a dingy, yellowed color and had a distinct, unpleasant odor, which makes me believe they were definitely worn by someone else before being sent to me. To make matters worse, there is a noticeable scuff mark on the left shoe. I immediately took them to the local store hoping for a quick refund, but the staff refused to help and told me I have to go through the complicated process of mailing them back online. It is clear that they sent me a beat-up display pair instead of a new product. This has been a terrible experience, and I will never be purchasing anything from this app ever again.
Update: I have been waiting on my refund since I returned these shoes that were already worn and torn that they sent me. The day that they sent me these shoes. I sent an email out stating what was wrong with these shoes I even tried to return them on the same day at the store and I was told that they sent me display shoes. I have been emailing these people back-and-forth and have just received responses weeks after I emailed these people and now they are trying to send me these shoes back after they inspect them stating that they are worn and torn when they sent me these shoes in this condition. I will never buy anything else from this company again and I’ll advise anybody else to overlook this company because this is a trifling and Shiesty company stay away from this app and this company.

They take your money take for ever to update you on your account and purchases you made im waiting
I ordered shoes on 3/26 it’s 4/3 I have not received any kind of pick up mail my shoes been dropped off since last week bye ups from New York I keep sending emails they keep telling my order is split in shipment witch I know already and I know they have my shipment been dropped off from ups and I am still waiting

The Worst
First off the app reserve can’t verify my identity for some reason. Secondly customer service is a complete joke and waste of time. If you have any issue you have to email someone and wait 24 hours for every response. I never received my sneakers and they said they refunded me and I saw nothing in my account. Supposedly they refunded you to the snipes wallet first then you have to send to your card that you used. It makes absolutely no sense. If I was able to talk to someone on the phone this issue may have been solved by now. I’m still 235 dollars in the hole thanks to snipes. Absolutely horrible and disappointing customer Service

Terrible Customer Service
Snipes customer service is a joke. I ended up not getting my package and losing the original sale price all because of a mistake that Snipes made. Contacted customer service and was not help at all.
Forcing the snipe’s wallet
Unchecked the snipes wallet as I didn’t want to use it this time and save it for when I really need it. Unchecked the wallet option only for it to still use the wallet when I unchecked it and used Apple Pay .. can’t wait to return these now smh

I bought a pair of shoes from here , worst decision ever . The box was beyond torn up and the shoes were damaged from being mishandled in the shipping process. I was told i cant get a refund because the box was damaged even though i received the box damaged and the shoes damaged also straight joke

I ordered shoes online. When I went to go pick it up They canceled my order because they sold it to someone else!!!! Very unprofessional and will never use this app again!!!!
