Best place to buy authentic products from Japan

SNKRDUNK is prob the most reputable place to buy tcgs, sneakers etc in Japan. They're authentication and product quality is just top notch, prices are insanely good if you look and shipping is pretty reliable. highly rec

Delay and not organized

Should i recommande this app? After placing few orders I can see that they are not organized, I paired shipping fees for 2 orders, but this 2 order arrived in same times, ( even having a tape to stick the 2 orders together) how come should I pay twice in this case ?

Horrible Buyer Experience

In the scenario where the seller doesn’t ship the item, the buyer have to suck on all responsibilities and there is no compensation to offset the damage caused by this.

Extremely disappointed with the customer support team.

Similar to StockX

Very similar to StockX but from the Japan market !
Great authentication process !
Have buy a Supreme X Dickies leather work jacket from them … arrived brand new after authentication from them and all duty and taxes was properly paid directly with them for shipping to Canada !

Will recommend !

Fees

Used to be a good app but now have the most unnecessary fees. Also says up to 50% off shipping when you buy more than 1 but no point of the fees are gonna double everything, basically if I buy 2 shoes you’d think it’d be cheaper than buying one but the fees make it cost more once you look at it

Seller never fulfilled order

First purchase I’ve ever made and the seller didn’t ship. SNKRDUNK is unreliable. The app is slow and janky.

Warning: Fake Shoes

I received a pair of shoes that “passed authentication” but were clearly fake. I returned them and got a refund. You should just buy from somewhere else.

Great experience!

This was my first time using SNKRDUNK and I was skeptical but the entire process was transparent and legit. All the fees were listed when going to purchase the item and they updated me with each step of the process after checkout, including authentication of the item. It was shipped to me in 3 days which was amazing! I recommend giving them a try!

No Customer Service, only AI

I used this app for the first time to purchase cards and was double charged for an item I purchased once and cannot get a hold of customer support to fix the issue. I would not advise using this app to make purchases.

Dunno about shoes but the Pokemon Cards are legit

I’ve ordered many Japanese Pokemon card boxes from them and most come ahead of schedule which is nice. I’m kept updated throughout the process and I like that it’s cheap too. I have had very good experiences here.

One of the worst seller system in the game

They have the one of the worst seller system, for example request to ship within 24 hours and you are unable to active pick up shipment on the app I don’t understand if seller cannot request to pick up shipment how the hell can anyone ship anything on time
