Login is a pain

The app is great, but just received an update that makes logging in a pain. The app doesn’t remember me and I have to log in with library card number and password every time I open the app. It won’t let me use a saved password either. I have to manually type it in. Makes using the app a lot less convenient. Hope this gets fixed very soon!

Updated app issues

This app has become completely useless since the last update. It logged me out following the update and will not let me log back in. Every attempt just recycles back to the log-in screen.

Trash

Most recent update is horrendously bad. Requires sign in every time it opens, takes forever to open my account, and is difficult to switch from holds, checked out, or in transit. I am very disappointed in what this library has done with this app,

It used to work fine before update

It looks like the app was recently updated and since then it’s been rally annoying trying to login each time I use it. I haven’t been able to switch between my card and my child’s as I usually did. Im getting so discouraged to use this app when it used to be so helpful.

New version horrible

The latest version doesn’t keep you signed in. It logs you out after just a few minutes of inactivity and forces you to sign back in repeatedly. The landing page is also inaccurate. I ended up deleting the app.
