About

Snoozie is a Russian-language sleep tracker for parents of children from birth to 10 years. ONE BIG BUTTON Tap when you start settling, tap when the child falls asleep, tap when they wake up. Everything else is calculated for you. DAILY SUMMARY Night sleep, naps, daily total and the norm for the child's age with gentle ratings instead of alarming charts. ADVICE AFTER EVERY SLEEP A short, age-specific tip about wake windows, long settling, short naps and night wakings, plus a suggested next bedtime and a one-tap reminder. NIGHT WAKINGS Mark "woke up at night" and "asleep again": the night stays one record and wakings are counted separately. HISTORY AND TRENDS Weekly chart, comparison with the previous week, day-by-day history and a PDF report to share with your pediatrician. SEVERAL CHILDREN, LIVE ACTIVITY, MANUAL ENTRIES A profile per child, a sleep timer on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and quick manual entries when you forgot to tap. WIDGETS AND APPLE WATCH Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show who is asleep and for how long, and the button in the widget and on Apple Watch works like the big button in the app. SOURCES Norms and advice follow the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM, 2016), the National Sleep Foundation (NSF, 2015) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Links to the sources are inside the app. The advice does not replace a pediatrician. PRIVACY Sleep records stay on your device. No account, no ads, works offline. The app only sends anonymous usage statistics so we can improve it.

New name and new icon: the app is now Snoozie. The add-child screen now notes that other children can be added later, and shows "under a year" instead of "0 years".
