The Greatest Fact Checkers
I’ve been reading Snopes for many years, back when it started it checked mostly urban legends. Now it does a fantastic job of covering important breaking news items. I like to read it, so when people tell me “did you hear about…”(the latest outrage) I can say that’s fake and point them to Snopes. Excellent!!

Analyzing for AI is essential
AI is a creepy manipulation invented to confuse lazy people even more than they already are. Digging it out and tossing it is probably the best thing you do.
Subscription paid but...
The fly in my ointment is that I paid for a year's subscription in November but the app is still limiting me to the free articles and cuts me off. I need assistance and short of cancelling my subscription what can I do?

But you can sign up for free on the web, but don’t bother as it looks like most of the app is webviews anyways
Honest journalism
Honest journalism at a reasonable price. They also have a neat feature where you can send articles with a preface statement. Handy for those drunkles.

I have been visiting snopes.com since what seems like the beginning of the internet and currently subscribe to their newsletter. I love how this app contains what seems like the entire website version. I searched for an article I knew was decades old and sure enough it came up. I appreciate how they fact check everything and I even like the games they have on the app
