So I just got this app getting exited so I can take a closer look at *Mount hood meadows* but turns out, they don’t have many options :(
Lacking Ski Resorts
I like the concept of the app, but I cannot use it because it only has a few Ski Resorts. Once they get the Ski Resort that I ski at I will be happy to look at this again.
Cool idea, bad execution
Maker of this app targeted me on Instagram. I really wanted it to work as it’s solving a problem. But my initial experience was disappointing. The app keeps freezing even during basic navigation. Both my wife and I downloaded the app and we were hoping send invites to our friends to join our crew. But I can’t recommend it to anyone until they address the issues. Also, it has no support for Lake Tahoe resorts. Instagram’s gain, app makers loss. This is why hiring good engineers is important.

Mom’s best friend
I couldn’t ski day 2 with the fam do to injury/spectacular wipeout on day 1. So I relaxed lodgeside with a cocktail and was able to see where the whole crew was all day (esp if they were staying together per my instructions) - SO COOL to see their little dots on the mountain in real time.
Finally! It’s fantastic.
I can’t wait to use this with my family on the mountain & be able to locate where everyone is. It’s so helpful to be able to see which trail I’m on, what level of difficulty it is, and how to connect to other trails.
