About

When a slip-and-fall claim lands months after a storm, the question is always timing: when did the snow start, when did it stop, and when was your crew on the lot? Snow Removal Log answers it for every site you plow, on one page an adjuster can follow. THE STORM RECORD Each site gets its own record per storm, ready the morning after the snow stops: - An hour-by-hour timeline from the airport weather station nearest the site, in plain words ("heavy snow, freezing fog"), with temperature and precipitation, cited by station ID. - The NWS gridded snowfall estimate for the site's own 4 km cell, with the 6-hour split. - Nearby NWS storm reports with distance, time and who measured them. - When your contract trigger was reached, when your first truck arrived, and how long that took. - Every round your crew logged: arrive and leave times, services, salt and sand amounts, areas not serviced and why, conditions, photos with their time and coordinates. - A source list with every URL and the time it was read, so anyone can pull the same public observations. Records are marked Provisional at first, then re-read and marked Final once NOAA's five-day snowfall re-analysis closes. Export one PDF per site, or one for every site in the storm, and send it to the property manager from the app. BUILT FOR THE TRUCK - Arrive and Leave are oversized buttons you can hit with gloves on. - Visits log with no signal; the weather attaches when the phone reconnects. - Edited times keep the original time on the record. - A night theme for 2 am and a day theme for the office. - No account to sign into and no login to expire mid-route. FOR THE OFFICE - Add sites by address, from where you stand, or by importing the CSV you already keep. - Each site resolves to its nearest NWS station and shows the distance. - A season export of every visit (CSV) for invoicing, and a full export of your data. - A 48-hour NWS snowfall forecast for your busiest site. PRICING See a real storm record from Boston, January 2026, before you pay anything. Then start a 7-day free trial; after it, Snow Log Pro is $69.99 a year or $14.99 a month. There is no contract: cancel any time in your Apple account settings. Snow Log compiles public NWS and NOAA records. It does not replace a meteorologist's report, and it is not legal advice. Snow Log is not affiliated with the National Weather Service or NOAA.
