Updates?

This app needs an update. Heaps of resorts have added lifts and runs. Also needs some of the smaller hills in Alaska and northern bc Canada

Time

Doesn't read time correctly and takes minutes and hours away after being boarding all day... I boarded for 5 hours for the last 4 days and only gave 2 hours on mountian...

Great app for skiing with friends or family

This is a very good app for hitting the slopes with friends or family. You can message them, see where they are and look at the daily leaderboard. It measures stats well too.

See your resort and view the details for each run

In addition to tracking your runs, SnowZat provides a 3-D map of your resort. Zoom in on specific runs or lifts and tap on them to see the details. During the long dry summer, I’d look at the maps of various mountains and check out the details for various runs. It is interesting to see how some mountains categorize one run as black diamond while others categorize an equivalent run as blue intermediate.

Update Dec 7 2021:
Please consider putting the resort Ski Patrol number on the app for whatever mountain the app user is visiting that day. Even better- a button to call Ski Patrol in the event of an emergency. It is surprisingly common for bystanders to stand around an injured skier with no idea how to contact Ski Patrol and request help.

Great app! It looks like California resorts will finally get skiable snow next week.

Response from developer

Hello - The app is definitely designed to work offline and automatically save all stats whilst running in the background. When the app does connect with the internet, it will synchronise the results with the SnowZat server. Can you please email us with your SnowZat username and we will work through this with you.
