A glitch maybe 🤔

Hello, I downloaded the app for the first time and when it comes to the verification process via phone it doesn’t send a code. I have retried this 6/7 times but seems to not like it. Please let me know what else I can try. I deleted the app and also downloaded again to refresh and still no joy.
