I was encouraged to download this app by SOA. For an organization that preaches professionalism, they seem to contradict that at every turn. This app is near impossible to use

Why would the SOA encourage people to download this app? It’s embarrassing.

The soa encouraged me to download the app at the start of my first module. It’d b nice if I could actually open the app though.

Does not work
The app is completely inoperable. I can’t make it past the initial loading screen before it crashes.
Not a Good App
Can’t get past the first authentication step. I can’t scroll past the six digit code entry spaces to click the connect button. Had similar issues with the desktop version. Just a really poor design.
