Extremely poor customer service
The link for inquires doesn't work so no way to contact customer service .plus to access on desktop they ask to scan qrs complex from the app and in app there's no camera option and when one use camera it doesn't open

Needs improvement
Very good summary of the patient encounter for the HPI/subjective part, actually amazing at that, but seems to struggle a little bit when it comes to figuring out the assessment and plan but I won’t blame the app. We do not specifically say: assessment and plan when we’re discussing it with patients. I have two requests: 1) it either needs to pick up the patient’s name and add it to the note so that I can figure out which note is for which patient after seeing 50 patients, or give us the option of adding or assigning a patients name to the note. And maybe it at the top of the note list so that we can easily find it when we sit down to transmit notes. 2) add the ability to delete a note when we’re done transmitting to the EMR one by one. I don’t like scrolling many notes to find one. Otherwise great work.

We should be able to customize your template to dial your assessment and plan to your liking - just email info@soaper.ai and one of our template experts can help you get setup. The template can help you pick up patient names or MRN or any other identifier as well. Hope we can earn that last star from you!

So I have a hard time getting out of work on time and most of it has to do with documentation, and I have been looking into a lot of different application applications, but essentially my workflow is very difficult due to the fact that I have a lot of personal and very detailed though explanations of diagnosis is and surgeries and hormone evaluation and because of this I have felt like one of these software products would not really function for me but after seeing an oncologist, try one I decided to look and I saw a report over the weekend for somebody that had tried it so I decided to give it a shot. You do get 20 free notes so you can try it out that way. I will say they are a pretty clearly a startup, which means that there was a little hiccups at the beginning, but I I sent them a message about with the issues I was having and I have support that is unbelievable that I literally went ahead and paid even before they had fixed the problem and now everything is fixed, and this thing is amazing. I am leaving an hour before I normally would at work. I probably could go, but I don’t even know what I’m doing to be finished this early. This is an outstanding product and I cannot wait to see where it goes from here.

Pocket assistant
My EMR has a built in tool similar to this app that is very helpful but I spend about 1/3 of my time doing consults at a couple of different hospitals and needed something for portable dictation. I found this app which is cheap and actually pretty good. I especially like the fact it can “beam” notes into the browser windows of the hospital computers. I don’t use it for patient interviews but I found it works rather well when you just talk to it and summarize a consult.

My wish came true!!!
Finally something that could make sense out of my notes, do it quickly and efficiently and type it for me. I couldn’t ask for anything better. Ling is a wonderful teacher and has the patience of a saint!

Just started using. Kind of mind blowing.
Great simple program
I have now been using this program for approximately 2 to 3 weeks and have noticed a significant improvement in being enable to complete my records and a more efficient and timely manner with more consistency in the recall of the conversation that took place.
Most recently with the updates to the program I have encountered some minor setbacks in regards to the program. However, when I reached out to the program help, I received immediate response with very personable enthusiasm from the program representative to whom I spoke with, therefore, between the program, simplicity and effectiveness along with the noted rapid tech-support, I have only praises for this simple and and cost-effective AI program. Feature request
I’d like to be able to see a history of my old notes. Otherwise this app is a-m-a-z-i-n-g. Makes me love practicing medicine again!!

Transcribes and summarizes dialogue. Saves so much time, and it’s simple to use and very effective. Works like magic.
Great product
This is so easy to use. You dictate and it transcribes it into a physician note accurately. You can beam it to desktop for further use.
