Take your journey one day, one moment, one victory at a time.
Sober Victory is a faith-based companion for people choosing sobriety. Find encouragement in scripture, pause for a guided breathing exercise, and record the choices you want to remember. You can begin without signing in or setting a start date.
BEGIN AT YOUR OWN PACE
Start today, choose an earlier start date, or set it later. If you add a date, see your elapsed time and milestones at 1, 7, 30, 90, 180, and 365 days. Changing the date keeps your recorded victories.
MAKE SPACE FOR A QUIET MOMENT
Open “I need support” from Home to begin guided breathing. Take a moment with an encouraging verse, then choose whether to record a victory or continue quietly. You can also record a moment you have already overcome.
SEE YOUR JOURNEY
Review your total victories, dated victories from this week, and earlier moments. Write private reflections about what helped and what you want to remember.
ADD YOUR JOURNEY TO HOME
Add a small or medium Home Screen widget to see your days and recorded victories at a glance. Tap it to open Sober Victory. Your reflections and account details stay inside the app.
KEEP SCRIPTURE CLOSE
Browse a library of Bible verses, filter by strength, hope, forgiveness, or gratitude, and save your favorites. Bundled verses, breathing exercises, your timer, and personal progress work offline.
CHOOSE DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT
Set an optional daily reminder at a time that suits you. Notifications are scheduled on your device and use a generic message without your sobriety date or reflections.
KEEP A COPY OF YOUR PROGRESS
Export a JSON backup through the share sheet to Files, iCloud Drive, or another destination you choose. Preview a backup before replacing your current progress. Backup files are readable text, so choose a private place to keep them. Restoring turns reminders off and keeps your current community sharing choice.
SHARE ONLY IF YOU CHOOSE
Community sharing is off until you enable it. A shared victory publishes your selected region and the time it was shared to the public Victory Wall. Your name, sobriety start date, local history, favorites, and reflections are not included. Delete Community Account in Settings removes that service identity and its shared posts while keeping your personal progress. Community features need an internet connection; personal features remain available offline.
Your personal progress is stored on your device unless you choose to export it. No email address, password, or login screen is required. Optional wall posting uses an anonymous service identity privately to prevent repeated posts.
