Lots of issues
I’ve had this device since October and it has been giving me nothing but issues and the app always crashes when I’m trying to upload my results and gives me some weird code 3 errors often not sure what that is and I’ve been trying to call someone since December and I always get placed on an hour plus long hold or I just get hung up on or a busy signal terrible terrible device for this being court ordered I’d recommend a different company

Small business/good people
The price is right. The tech is better than other companies. They are a small company so it isn’t perfect. Try the other companies and get bombarded by hidden fees and even worse service/contract term before leaving bad reviews here.
so frustrating
The application does not work properly, I have got to delete and reinstall 10 times a day for it to work. It’s so frustrating and annoying. If you are reading this comment don’t waste your time and money on this nonsense malfunction application.
It does work
It’s a little slow but a little patience and it works for me three times per day with no issue.
I guess it helps if you have good cell coverage and/or home internet.

Reckless
This app is despicable. The readings are not correct. People’s lives and wellbeing are at stake. This is outright disgusting on how this company handles the equipment and app. Do better. Handle it with care. Take responsibility and fix the issues.
