Annoying
It’s extremely annoying that each time I open the app. I’m asked to do a survey. At least give me a month of time in between.
Liars
When I bought this product, there was no app required. Not only did it often seem WILDLY inaccurate, but on top of that, now you have to buy their product to use it. No one said it would have this Bluetooth requirement yet suddenly here it is, and it hasn’t died within a year or more of me not using it. I just came across this in a drawer. On top of that, they advertise as a bac monitor but then are so crazily incorrect. I mean read their terms of service if you want, they literally say if they’re incorrect they should hold no liability so why is the point of this product?

Option to delete historical results.
I use the device for different family members. The old app didn’t store historical results. The new one doesn’t appear to allow me to delete results that don’t relate to me. Would be better if they asked their customers needs

Horrible
When you need it to work, the app will not connect or it will tell you you don’t have an account so you have to take an uber anyway. Probably in cahoots with uber.
