Most of the time the app loads test results. Sometimes my test doesn’t upload to the all which has created issues.

We're sorry you are experiencing this issue — we completely understand how frustrating that is when you just want things to work. A few steps that often help with speed or uploading issue: clearing the app's cache, making sure your device isn't low on storage, and confirming you're on the latest version. If you're on a slower connection, switching to Wi-Fi can also make a noticeable difference. If none of that helps, we'd really like to dig into this with you personally. Reliable
I have used this device for going on 3 years. It is reliable in operation and best of all it helps you be accountable.
Just ok
There are many times the video freezes and there’s just a still photo. There sometimes is a long delay in getting the text message that a test was done. For the price, the app isn’t worth it. But I have no other way if monitoring alcohol consumption.
Great product
I saw on the reviews a couple people who had issues but I experienced no issues in 3 months. It’s gonna sound like I work for them but this app honestly helped me with my case in a big way. It was easy to print off my tests online for court and give access to my lawyer. Also, I had set times and made sure not to eat with 15 mins of each test. I did about 4 tests a day for 3 months. Super annoying yes but proved what I needed to prove in court in an indisputable way.
