I connected it in the past. But not now. This thing is broken. It wastes my time.

Hope this is the last time I have to go in and update Sobeys app???
Constantly having to sign in
Given I have Scene card/Visa and the Foodland and Sobeys apps I am constantly being forced to sign in and often the apps don’t recognize my password. Now with Shell signing onboard with Scene I think this will only get worse. How can it be so hard to link everything!
Unable to view offers
When viewing the offers, the offer on the right hand is cut off and unable to view. In addition, unable to scroll right to view the offer or make all offers show on the screen. Spin to win as indicated in what’s new is not available. Total scam.

Wrong location
The only province it shows is Alberta. I am in Ontario. Very frustrating.
App opens then just shuts down.
For the past few weeks this app opens but then shuts down immediately. There are no app updates pending. Please fix.

Can’t even sign up
I downloaded this to link to my scene card and I can’t even sign up on the app. I click it and all i get is a blank screen. If you are going to push an app this hard maybe make sure people can actually use it?

Not Great!
I tried to give it no stars but for some reason I can’t cancel the one remaining star. I have tried downloading this app over ten times on the last few months with no success. It won’t let me sign in. It goes to a blank page with cancel at the top. I even tried to sign up, thought I could put in another of my emails, but that took me to the same unresponsive page. The only reason that I thought I would try it again was because the Sobeys flyer indicated a bonus if you had the Sobeys app. Looks like it needs some help in order to work properly.

Useless Update
Again, another app that fails once an update is done. Suddenly now, I can’t get into the NHL game. Both this and the Safeway app go to a Scene “add card” page that does nothing. My number appears, but can’t escape this page to do anything.
App Never works!
It is SUCH a waste of time trying to load or get information on my Sobeys Scene offers. NO matter if I try to respond from Scene emails, or sign into mygroceryoffers or go directly on the Sobeys App, Always get the runaround, have to re-enter my information multiple times and then get message account is temporarily locked.. or the Sobeys App freezes. Love the Scene program but Hate the Sobeys interface..

Update: deleting and reloading eventually solved the issues, thanks! Previously: wrote Every time I login it tells me it has sent me a verification code however, not only do I not receive a code, no keyboard pops up for me to enter it … it’s a page with two lines at the top. “Please enter the verification code we sent you” - Nowhere to enter it, even if it was sent - Despite updating deleting re-downloading and resetting the password.
