Soboba App is the worst
Compared to similar businesses, Soboba’s app is the worst one! Half of the time it don’t work or it don’t update the info. It’s very inconsistent, points you earned with the member card doesn’t accumulate. At least on this app it’s static! If it’s like this on the app, does it mean they’re having the same with their rewards system? No one knows!

I've been going to Soboba for many years before with three hundred dollars used to keep you entertained for at least three or four hours maybe more, but lately three hundred dollars only lasts you about twenty minutes or half an hour if you're lucky. You don't get bonuses easily and when you do get them they don't pay you anything. I've lost about seventy thousand dollars in the last two months, I've had to put up to seven thousand dollars or more betting fifty dollars to hit a jackpot of twelve hundred or fifteen hundred dollars.

Poor acess
Can’t find my account again. Then it tells me the password is wrong. Then it tells me to get the new version. Then it postpones me for an hour.
Can not gain access to my account
I try to login says password (saved) is incorrect I try to change it and the email never shows up. This app is broken.
No access
So frustrating. Cannot gain access to my account and I’ve had to change passwords too many times because the app said it’s wrong. Then it’s says no account found with my new info so then when I go to sign up it says account locked. I give up
