About

SoberX helps you count sober days while organizing the urge, trigger and restart moments that decide whether an old habit repeats. A sobriety counter is useful, but the hardest part usually happens between milestones. It is the moment after stress, after coffee, after a notification, after a long day, or after the thought that says "just once." SoberX is built for that moment. It keeps the familiar structure of sober-day tracking, but adds private tools for urges, triggers, high-risk hours and restarts. WHY SOBERX IS DIFFERENT I Am Sober is strong in community and sober-day motivation. Reframe is strong in alcohol education and coaching. Quitzilla is strong in multi-habit progress and money saved. SoberX should not copy those positions. It focuses on the private decision window: the moment before the habit loop repeats. If you want a public community, SoberX may not be the first thing you open. If you want a quiet place to log what almost happened, understand the trigger and restart without shame, SoberX is designed for that use case. CORE TOOLS • Sobriety counter for sober days and milestones • 90-second reset for craving moments • Urge and trigger logging • High-risk hour notes • Private streaks and restarts • Slip reflection without shame • Progress notes for alcohol, nicotine, gambling, screen time, sugar, caffeine, NoFap and other private habits • Simple daily check-ins that do not feel like a public performance HOW TO USE IT Open SoberX when the urge appears. Start the 90-second reset. Name the trigger. Note the time, feeling or place. If the day stays on track, save the win. If it does not, use the restart flow and record what you learned. PRIVACY-FIRST BY DESIGN Some habits are personal. SoberX is written for people who do not want every part of their change process to become public. Your progress can be private, quiet and still real. WHEN TO USE SOBERX • Before a drink urge turns into action • When a cigarette craving appears • When betting or gambling pressure rises • When a late-night scroll loop starts • After a slip, when you want to restart calmly • At the end of the day, when you want to understand what changed SoberX does not promise a perfect streak. It helps you protect the next choice. SoberX is not a medical treatment and does not replace therapy, medical care, crisis support or qualified professional help. If you are dealing with severe withdrawal, safety concerns or serious addiction risk, seek professional support.
