Verification Code Issues
So I tried to sign up for this app, I’m a hearing ASL student and I want to connect with more people in the Deaf community. But when I tried to create an account, I was asked to put in an email to receive a verification code and type it into the app to make sure it was me. I tried one of my emails and never received any verification codes, I tried another email and still didn’t receive a verification code. I would like to use the app but I can’t because of this issue, I wish they allowed verification codes to be received through phone number but that isn’t an option. I hope this is fixed soon because I would like to better my ASL and make friends in the Deaf community.

I'm so sorry you didn't receive a verification email. We had some issues with our email system at one point and have since resolved the issue. Please give us another try!
I’m hearing, so maybe not
I can’t really judge the app because I haven’t actually used it yet, but I got on to create an account in the hopes of making friends with Deaf people in my area that I can practice ASL with. I’m hearing, though, and that isn’t an option in the selection of Deaf affiliations in the account setup (which is required). I know this app isn’t meant for me, so I totally get it, but if a hearing option does become available in the future, I’d be delighted to make an account and start connecting with people in the Deaf community.

Hello Amanda, we apologize if there was any confusion. We welcome all hearing ASL signers! There is a "Hearing (Learning ASL)" and "Hearing (ASL Fluent)" option when you join. We hope you will join us!

This app is the worse dating app I ever been on. I do not recommend it.
