I love that I can see both my jobs in one app and I don’t need a new login for each job I pick up.

And they just added payroll and early wage access

It’s okay

Can’t see a history of shifts worked so good luck comparing anything to a pay stub. No way to contact devs. Pretty basic.

Good enough

Works great! App is user friendly and really intuitive! Only thing is it needs some more features. For example, you can only sync your shifts to iPhone calendar and not any other calendar. It would be great if I could sync the schedule to Google calendar as that’s what I use the most.

Good enough

The app works well for what it’s intended for, but please create a dark mode option and possibly more accessibility options that basically every other app has. The white background is blinding

Text is illegible too small

No apparent way to increase text size so I can read it — it is minuscule

Not letting me login

I don’t know if it’s just me or the app, but i cannot login and it does not give me an option to.

Does this app work? Can’t create a profile/account 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Just downloaded app and it starts by asking for a phone number and then a passwords to which proceeds to tell me “credentials provided to not match our records” 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
Of course they don’t match because I’m trying to create a profile BUT it’s not letting me!?!?
The only options from that point are “forgot password” AND “sign in with another account”?????
What other account? I can’t create or sign up for a FIRST account!!!

Hi there, please contact support@socialschedules.com and our team will help out. I'm wondering if you got your phone number recently? The only reason the app would ask for your password is due to recognizing your phone number as a previously registered account. I understand you haven't created an account before however if your phone number is relatively new then it could have belonged to another user in the past.

Can’t even access the app

I’m not even able to access the app by email, and if I try logging in with a phone number, nothing happens. If I press forget password, it says that “this user is no longer avaliable”

Cant make account

Ive been trying everything to sign up and get my schedule. I cant get the code sent to my phone or email. HELPPPP !

calendar

the calendar can’t be shared easily with my wife. on iphone w/ hot schedules i was able to invite my wife into my schedule and she could see when i work, open sim sim blocks you from sharing your iphone calendar with anyone i have to send he a screen shot of my days and she has to put them in her calendar by hand, and for the days added to my calendar they get deleted after a week or so so there no record you can go look at

Hey there, taking screenshots and manually entering shifts into a calendar sounds awful. iOS doesn't allow sharing subscribed calendars unfortunately but I have a solution for you. Download the OpenSimSim app on your wife's phone, login using your credentials, go to the More menu and switch on Calendar Sync. This will start syncing your shifts automatically into your wife's calendar. You can then simply logout of the app (even delete it if you like). Can’t login on 8/31/21 - Fixed

All of my coworkers and I are being asked by the app to enter a password. We’ve been happily using the app for several years and this is new. With the password reset, and entering the code sent, then setting a new password, we are all back to square one. Help!! Update: there was a hosting provider outage, and that problem has been rectified. Thanks for the response!

Locked Me Out

Me and the majority of my coworkers got locked out for almost a week now.

Wouldn’t know the application won’t even allow me to log on.

The application seems to have a glitch right when I attempt to sign on. I am required to have this application for a job and now am not able to use it. I looked for somewhere for customer service in the application but couldn’t get past the log in screen to even request help.

Previous shifts

This app is really nice and easy to navigate, however it would be super helpful if the developers could add an update where you can see your previous shifts:)

Doesn’t crash and very intuitive

Great app for both desktop and mobile scheduling. Very easy to use and the app doesn’t crash. Great must-have features for employee scheduling. Time off & availability requests are a breeze for staff and employer. 10 stars out of 5!
