Still can’t login
With help from the club (which was good and quick) I managed to set up an account for the app. BUT I can’t use it as every time I try and log in I’m told I’m being sent a OTP which never arrives!
Honest Feedback
Not sure if this is a new app or not, but I do love the idea and the convenience it’s meant to bring to members. That said, it’s been pretty frustrating to use. Most of the time (probably 8/10 times), it doesn’t recognise my member number when I try to log in. When I do finally get through, the verification codes take so long to arrive that by the time I enter one, it’s expired, and I have to start the whole process again. It just ends up in a loop. (Yes I have deleted and reinstalled the app, multiple times).
On top of that, I haven’t been able to transfer my points to my prepaid card through the app, which is a real shame. I can see a lot of potential here, and I really want to use it, but it just needs a bit more work to get it running smoothly. Hope to see some improvements soon!
