Amazing Food. App could use some work.
If you’re looking for delish and reasonable priced healthy food. This is a great option. Comments for the app developers:
Slow loading
Buggy and can crash between screens like between orders and viewing the cart.
No option for “leave at the door” when doing delivery. Looks like it’s defaulted to “hand to me” but there is no option to change it. Only visible on the receipt.
Still rating this 5 star because the food is so good, and I don’t bother with any other delivery service anymore.

Glitchy and redundant, bad design
Bad business practice.
Had their food before. The food is delicious. No problems with the food. However, you can’t order food online without having to use your phone number to confirm your identity. It’s so annoying as to why I should give my phone number to a business for ordering food once with them.
App ordering experience horrible
Please fix your application. The ordering process is so many clicks. There’s so many buttons the loading there’s latency issues. My whole cart just duplicated itself. I have no idea what’s going on in that it was. I honestly wanted to quit my order but I need lunch.
Password reset pain
Password reset takes to long and has errors when trying to order a quick lunch pick up. Please fix

Favorite place for vegetarian
We love this place for reasonably priced healthy and filling vegetarian food. This location is under new management and it is so much better for it. Clean and fast. Can’t beat it.
Terrible app - does not work
Unable to place order multiple times now even after updating app. Unexpected error occurred. Decided not to place order. This issue has been happening for several weeks.
Orders never go through
The app needs a serious overhaul it constantly loses connection and cannot complete orders
Delicious
The food is always delicious. The delivery service can’t seem to understand to bring my order into the office, which is open to the public. They often just leave it outside in the sun outside the front door (frustrating for me)!
SoFresh In-store Experience
Having frequented SoFresh at the Carrollwood location on prior occasions, my husband and I were eager to redeem the «App offer» upon returning to the same site. However, the lack of desire/interest/hospitality of our server was evident. As a result, we are unlikely to return; especially due to the absence of customers. It’s not fun to be unwelcome in FLORIDA, a state that takes pride in hospitality?!

Delicious food absolutely horrible app
Love this restaurant so much and I want to use app for my rewards, but using the app makes me wanna hang myself upside down like I probably crash out a few time as I try to make my order.
