Want to love them but can’t
I am all about supporting small businesses & go out of my way to do so. I am also 100% understanding of delays & mistakes… however, I feel as though anyone who made a purchase & 7 months later has STILL not received it or been issued a refund, would have left a bad review long ago, as well as contact the BBB. I purchased $140 worth of items as a gift for someone back in June 2022 after receiving a “tie dye vault sale” promotional text. It stated on the app that items wouldn’t ship until the middle of September but since I didn’t need them to give as a gift until the middle of October, I figured 4 months ahead of time was surely safe… WRONG. The first week of October rolls around & I still hadnt received my purchase or had any correspondence from SoftServ letting me know of any delays or issues so I sent a message to customer service. The response was that there was a delay in production & would now be shipped the end of October… 2 weeks after it was needed. Yet no heads up or communication of that despite already having my money for 4 months at that point, until I reached out. Rather than asking for a refund, I decided to wait it out & would just ship the gift after the party & it would be a late gift. 🤷🏻♀️ Then November rolls around. Still not received my order & again, zero notification that there was another delay or issue. So I sent another message asking where my purchase was. I get the same response as the previous month saying there was a delay in production, except now stating that items were set to be in production at the end of November… so I ask if I can switch the 3 items (hoodie, joggers & shorts) to items they had in stock rather than waiting for production, & could ship out then because at this point I was concerned I wouldn’t even have it in time for Christmas since the October birthday it was meant for was long gone. I get a response saying yes they could do that… however they didn’t have matching hoodies, joggers & shorts of any color, in stock. 🤦🏻♀️ So after several days of back & forth messages… the easier answer would’ve been “No”…. That they couldn’t switch out my order because they didn’t have items to switch out unless I wanted to get 3 hoodies & spend even more money after already waiting months for my order. Fast forward to January 4, 2023. I STILL have not received my order OR any communication regarding any delays or issues with my purchase made in JUNE 2022! I send a message stating I wanted a full refund for my purchase made 7 months ago & how poor the customer service was considering I receive an obnoxious amount of emails & texts daily from them trying to get me to buy more items when I’ve been waiting 7 months for items I already paid for. I immediately get a response telling me that my items were set to be in production at the end of January & if I waited they would send me a $25 gift card… which just made me mad. $25 gift card for waiting 7 months & still haven’t received my purchase?? How bout issue me a full refund like I asked & then still send me the items I’ve waited more than half a year for in attempts to keep a customer & avoid bad reviews. I responded again that I wanted a full refund… guess who hasn’t gotten a response or a refund yet as of January 19? 🙋🏻♀️ I had made purchases before & not had any issues but they have lost what would’ve been a life long & loyal customer because of extremely poor & unprofessional business. It’s stealing is what it is. They’ve had my money for almost 8 months now & I have nothing to show for it, they have not once initiated any updates to notify me of delays, & have ignored multiple requests for a full refund. Next stop- BBB.

Convenient! Makes shopping so easy!
Finally they have an app! I love shopping online but it’s so much easier when my favorite brands have an app, and it’s actually easy to shop. Love that I get notifications for limited drops 😊
