Does not work
The app took my name, phone, email, my child’s name and birth date and did not deliver any information. It forwarded to some website to sell junk to me. This is not the promised app.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. After you upload images of your baby's head, you will receive the promised results. You may have encountered the purchase link for SoftSpot kit (containing caps and stickers) that is recommended to avoid hair artifacts and provide higher quality results. It is not required for your first scan with a disclaimer that it is highly recommended for promised accuracy. Please note that you can request to remove your information anytime within the app's privacy center link https://pediametrix.accountablehq.com/. Great customer support
I had a few issues with uploading pictures in the app but the team behind this app offered me great support. They proactively emailed me to offer support and when I told them about some bugs in the app, they fixed the issues and offered a refund for the inconvenience.
Extremely buggy app
I attempted to upload pictures three times. Every time I try to select pictures, the chat button at the bottom of the app is annoying and somehow I end up tapping it on. The moment you tap on the chat button, ALL the pictures that you took are being removed and you have to restart the process. I failed to use the app since every single time after I selected the pictures, I tapped on the chat button and my efforts were gone. Please remove the chat button from that screen, it is extremely annoying if you press it by mistake and have to restart the process.
