Easy to use
Very easy to use app. Only takes a few clicks to complete tasks like clocking in/out, submitting PTO requests, viewing my schedule etc. would highly recommend for any organization who wants to make it easy for the staff to manage schedules, leave and timekeeping.

This is a really convenient app for our team. They’re able to view schedules, pick-up shifts, request vacations and action other key day to day tasks.

Good
The app is very okay. Can you add notifications to the app so that whenever shift are been uploaded, we can get notifications on our phones. Most time I have to manually check to know if new shifts have been added or removed. Also can the colour code be improved or change to a different colour than Bold

Worst work app possible
This has to be the worst work app ever created. Constantly crashing, kicking you out, always having to constantly log in when using the app and takes forever to load work roster. My work choose this app making this the worst user unfriendly, frustrating app I’ve ever used. 1 star rating because 0 is unavailable

Good luck
Had this thrust upon me through work. Even though we were using ultipro and was working fine. Couldn’t access Pto from my desktop or iOS.
Then I couldn’t access time off request. Now at work, we can’t even open the app. Absolute garbage. Oh, also, this has been going on for close to 2 months now. I’ll give this app a super aggressive 👍

Terrible app never works , always says login incorrect when it’s correct
Awful
This app is garbage. It constantly crashes and takes forever to load if it bothers to actually work. When it does work, you get kicked out. It’s not helpful whatsoever.
Automatic sign out
The last 3 days I have been experiencing the app signing me out and i’d have to resign in each time i want to use it. The same happened on other occasions. There were also times where i didnt need to sign in for a long time which is great. Theres just too many inconsistencies; please fix this because I dont mind using the app, however it could be better.

Horrible app keeps crashing
It’s very hard to login and most of the time the app itself will log you out and then when you try to login again they fail and say server issue or API problem. Constantly!

Worst app no wonder, you can’t really use it, the user interference is incredibly low, I bet 2nd year students could make a better application than this

This app has so many issues, I can barely clock in for work without it going wrong. The app itself is so outdated and useless. If your company is using this app they must be desperate for a cheap service because this is awful.
Awful, barely works
This app is horrible and we are forced to use it at work. Won’t even open up at all now and just throws errors at me.
Just the worst
Rarely works, a lot of loading issues, will randomly log you out or forget your details. Terrible customer experience. People rely on this to be paid. This is a real issue with human consequences. Do it better.

Opens with a blue screen today unable to log on for work!!
Not very good
Fails to add time taken off in lieu, thus showing a deficit. Fortunately no one seems to check my figures.
