I recommend any Firefighter currently Working and those who have retired to use this app to assist them in overcoming stresses and anxieties in their life. It is easy to follow and put into practice recovery plans that suit the individual.

An excellent stress relieving assistance tool

I have recently used this tool as part of a Fire & Rescue NSW trial. I found the program extremely helpful in assisting me to deal with issues from both my previous employment with FRNSW as well as my personal life. The SOLAR program is easy to navigate and provides some useful tools and suggestions to deal with a range of issues.
