Finally everything in one place
I bought my solar system from Solar Solution over 2 years ago and it’s been working great. With this new app, not only can I see my monitoring of the system, but I can also send a referral to my solar consultant, send in a maintenance ticket (although I haven’t needed to), and apparently, you can see the project progress as well as have access to all of the project documents.
Before all of this, the monitoring was on one app and to get anything like documents or maintenance requests, you had to contact Solar Solution and get them to send you the items or set up the maintenance ticket. This is definitely a step forward in convenience!
