Don’t Expect Resolution
Items reported in the app routinely get closed out with false or inaccurate resolutions. There is no accountability or care if things go unworked.
Never Works
This app never works. It either glitches at the point you need to enter an address or lets you get all the way to the end and then gives you an error message so you can’t submit it. Who knows how many tax payer dollars we’ve wasted on this app, which should be straightforward and simple but somehow never works.

Unable to submit tickets
The app was fine for years and now I’m unable to get past the point of entering my address. I’m unable to submit any tickets through the app now. I hope it’s fixed soon.

yep dc doesn’t care so just another review saying how bad this app is so take that as what you will
Developers broke the app
It used to work fine. Then they “improved” it and now you can’t submit any tickets.
