Paid for a 1 month subscription to design an array for a patio and it just says Processing failed.

This app doesn’t work. I have contacted the customer support left 3 emails and I haven’t heard anything back. Since they don’t answer emails maybe you will see this and would like my $10 back for the subscription.

They ask to create the account and then show absolutely useless tool and immediately ask to pay for it. Stay away!

Must sign up to monthly billing to see how it really works.

Don't have anything against companies making money, but they are not up front about it. Only after you put in a project with all the details, including layout of roof, you get a message that you need to sign up to continue. The software looks like it could be good but they should allow at least one project to be completed to see what the result will be before purchasing.
