Doesn’t allow us to update payment info
This for the most part is good, but the fact is that I can’t find the option to update my credit card info when I go to "Profile", click on the three dots on the top right corner, Click on "Account Details" and update your credit card information.

App doesn’t work
Would love if they can fix the app issues! Doesn’t let me log in, etc
It’s taken a little to get use to
Great App, love the leader boards, it very beneficial great for stats very beneficial
Glitchy
App is too glitchy, has canceled my class and has a trouble calculating points for the leaderboard.
Heart rate monitor doesn’t connect
My heart rate monitor will not connect to the app
Can’t log in
I have an account. I’ve used it before. But ever since I re downloaded the app I can’t log in. On the login screen I can click forgot password or register , but I can’t actually click log in. So I can’t get into the app and I have to call each time to schedule a class.
Has Yet to Work Properly
I love Soldierfit, but this app is a serious problem. Half the time, you cannot even login and when you are able to login, it doesn’t allow you to book a class. I understand this is new app—but it’s frustrating to not have the ability to book a class when you are mandated to do so before you attend a workout...:(
