Impossible to get into App
Good system let down by an awful app. Have to reset passcode every time I use it. Completely user unfriendly to access.
Awful app, not even functional
Sorry Soldo I’m gonna tel it like it is > once signed into the app which took me forever and many email conversations to support about usernames and passwords I’m now in an app that has no info apart from my account balance, no info or ways to switch spending on and off etc like before, most of the tabs are completely blank also, no info about my account whatsoever apart from several months ago when I was last able to use my card. Today I tried using my card at several merchants online and none worked despite having money in (money that I can’t use) I used to use Soldo to load my holiday funds onto but don’t think I can risk not getting access to my own money. Shame as I’ve been a customer for several years 🙄

Trouble with transfers
Since having to start using this new app, I am having real issues. How do I transfer between cards on the app? It only allows between main card and 1 person, rather than transferring between several people on the account.
