App has evolved over time and is now fantastic. Easy to navigate and use, also looks great.
Tragic
I’m pretty sure they are getting the customer to beta-teat the product that’s not ready to ship at this point. This is by far the buggiest laggiest bank app I’ve used. The new UK is just cosmetics that’s even worse than the old one (though it’s a low bar). Do better!
Always problems with the Pin
Pin doesn’t work - much more of a problem now I use a new phone. I can’t use the app

Saves me a ton of time
Great app. Saves me a ton of time. I can do all upload all my receipts on the go. I can do approvals on the go and request money on the go. Nice.

Awful
The app is glitchy and you have to continuously come out and force quit to then be able to photograph receipt. Sort it out!
Awful app
Please sort your app out Soldo. It comes up with Error every time I press any of the options. Whether it’s adding receipts or adding vat the error code always pops up, really,really annoying

I have never had such an unreliable app. Never works properly. Always crashes. Have to use the desktop site almost constantly

Be careful with these guys. they steal money from the balance and close the account.

Doesn’t work on the new iPhone. Crashes every time you try to access camera. Deleted and reinstalled and same issue

Glitchy App
Soldo is ok… when it works. I constantly have problems logging in, the app just crashes. Very temperamental and not reliable enough to use for business use in my opinion.

The idea is great-transactions from your card, show up on the app, and you can attach images of receipts, and add notes.
In practice, the app crashes so often that adding this information is nigh on impossible. I will have to reboot the app at least once for every transaction to attach a receipt, and again for a note. Sometimes I will have to reboot the app multiple times for a single transaction just to attach an image.

Kept saying my passcode was wrong though it wasn’t. Had to delete and reinstall

A very slow and frustrating app.
Very frustrating
The app crashes constantly especially when trying to add receipts. I’ve had to re-install the app on multiple occasions. The interface is user friendly - if only it worked.
Simple & Effective
My company has been using Soldo for spend management for close to 2 years and it’s been hugely effective for simplifying our processes around expenses.
A true disaster
If the bug fixes aren’t done soon our business will have no choice but to change provider.
Transactions missing, dates incorrect, the split doesn’t work, the images struggle to upload and the app crashes. It is an absolute nightmare.

Very unstable
This app seems to be poorly tested and crashes repeatedly. It’s a shame there has not been an update for some time because a lot of the functionality looks like it could be useful but it’s not possible to even attach a photographed receipt without having the app crash. Very disappointing.
Can’t access app
Good idea but let down by poor tech. App works only about 10% of the time - full of bugs.
Great idea but not enough tech support
This app is a very good idea but (a) the app crashes every few minutes of you’re coding multiple items and (b) adding pictures of receipts is a real pain. You have to close the app after each one (if it doesn’t crash anyway).
Fix the bugs and it will be brilliant.
