Smooth App
I was skeptical about this app at first until I gave it a shot. I had ordered a pair of Laker 4s that were going for well under retail. I wear a size 10.5 & played the waiting game while checking the app periodically for when the price would drop. Fortunately, I checked one day & the shoe was going for $185. After adding taxes & shipping, I only ended up paying $203, which is well under retail for these shoes. Definitely legit app & selling authentic sneakers too.

Searching is atrocious. Try filtering an it doesn’t work. Pop up videos you can’t get past. Close the app and reopen and it opens into the video. I’ve had the same “intro video” from the apparent ceo continually open on me randomly.

At first I was skeptical due to it being a new market place, but I was delighted to find my Jordan 4 Black Cats arrived 100% authentic in 3 days. The price was better than StockX & Goat so I’m so happy I found this app. Highly recommend

Misleading pricing and zero customer service (1 star)
I downloaded this app because it claims to guarantee the lowest price by comparing itself to StockX and GOAT. I verify the asking prices they show for those competitors are accurate, but their “calculate costs with fees” button is completely misleading.
The total costs they display for StockX and GOAT are significantly higher than what those platforms actually charge. It appears they are inflating competitor fees to make their own price look better.
They also advertise a “ $20 off your first purchase” discount for new users, but this discount is not transparent. It doesn’t show up anywhere in the app, not even on the final checkout screen, so there’s no way to verify that it is actually applied.
to make matters worse, because their final price was higher than the competitors (even if the mystery $20 discount was applied), I contacted their live chat support. After several days with no response, I texted them a screenshot of the ignored message. They didn’t respond to that either.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Sole Solution. I was sold a pair of shoes, charged for them, and later informed that they did not actually have the item in stock. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, I was told I would need to pay more for a replacement.
What was most frustrating was the response from the manager, Alex, who did not seem concerned about resolving the issue or making things right. When a store makes an error, customers should not be expected to pay for it.
Overall, the lack of accountability and customer care was very disappointing. I expected better service and professionalism.
